Each Necklace is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Use a soft, dry jewelry cloth to gently wipe your Necklace after each use. For deep cleaning, use mild soap and warm water — avoid harsh jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic machines unless recommended.
Handling:
Handle your ring with care. Avoid dropping or applying pressure to the setting to prevent loosening of stones or metal deformation.
Protection:
Keep away from water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals, as they can dull the shine or damage plating and stones. Remove your Necklace before washing hands, bathing, exercising, or doing household chores.
Storage:
Store your Necklace in the box or pouch provided, preferably in a cool, dry place. Keep it separate from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
Usage Tip:
Avoid wearing your ring during heavy activities. Always put it on after applying perfume, makeup, or creams to maintain its brilliance and finish.
